1	No purchase necessary.
2	The prize is a Free Large Specialty Pizza and Store Credit and/or $100, depending on the date and ticket number, if selected you can win the daily prize and on Monday the weekly prize. The game play every day by the server which select randomly a number from 1 and 100 and a store credit up to $30. At the end of the week the server pick again one date from Monday to Sunday and another number from 1 and 100, and every tickets from prevous week get a 2nd change to win the prize of $100.
3	To participate if you do not have an account with us, come to : Palios Pizza at 1450 west Grand parkway south suite K Katy Texas 77494 To open an account we will need your name, address and phone number. The phone number is your account number. If you already have an account with us please make sure it's a good working phone number.
4	Only One Ticket per person per day, must be at least 16 years old. Ticket without name, address, and/or phone number are not valid and void the prize. Please mention to us you want to participate in Palio Play Grab or GoneTM when coming in for a free ticket, or before placing an order for pick up, dine in or delivery by telling us to use your account phone number and ask for your ticket. If you do not have your ticket after a pick up, dine in or delivery and need your ticket you must come to pick it up on the same day, anything else will void the prize.
5	To win, your ticket Order Number and Date must match the Date and Ticket Number selected randomly on our live website at www.PaliosPizza.us. You must present the original order receipt you received from us on ticket date, We will call you to validate you are here to get your pirce anything else will void the prize.
6	Winner have a total of 20 days starting from ticket date to ask and get the prize all at once (free pizza and store credit) and a total of 3 weeks to ask and get the week prize of $100, Play Grab or GoneTM is the name of the game, prize is for pick up or dine in only. After 20 days, ticket not listed on our live website under "Last 20 Tickets" and/or "Week 100" are not valid and void the prize.
7	We reserve the right to refuse to give or cancel any prize or prizes at any time for any reasons and is not limited to any misunderstanding, misuse of the game, malfunction of any kind will void the prize or prizes. Play Grab or GoneTM is intended for fun only. By playing the game Palio Play you agreed to the rules and how to play.
